Why are these specific four decimals for e 2.7183 and Mπ 3.1416 used?

Chapernowne's number 

Chapernowne's number is:

The key provided will give insight into some of the numbers and their meanings.

The hidden (in plain sight) ‘Chapernowne’s number' in light orange dots forms a vortex spiral pattern. 

'O. 12345678910111213 . . . ' onwards starts at number 12. When thinking in minutes 'o' starts at 12. The next step is the middle of the main menorah candle holder/eye. The lines then extend to all the numbers clockwise moving in a spiral motion.

Minutes/seconds starting at zero '0'.

Question

Is it possible that there's other possible transcending numbers hidden in plain sight? 

[The only obstruction is my lack of qualifications.] 

But God reveals what he desires so maybe, if he is willing, he will display his wisdom when the time is right. I'll just have to wait and see.
